neither nor就近原则还是就远原则?就近原则。neither...nor...表示“既不……也不……”，其含义是否定的，可连接任意两个并列的成份。当neither...nor...连接两个主语时，应遵循“就近原则”。就近原则即谓语与靠近的名词、代词(有时不一定是主语)在人称与数上保持一致的原则。

1、neither…nor…表示"既不……也不……"。其含义是否定的，可连接任意两个并列的成份。
例如：
He likes neither butter nor cheese.
她既不喜欢黄油也不喜欢乳酪。此句中neither…nor…连接两个宾语。
2、当neither…nor…连接两个主语时，也应遵循"Neither nor就近原则"。就近原则与语法一致原则、意义一致原则并成为主谓一致中三大原则，当就近原则与其它两种原则发生冲突时，应优先考虑其它两种原则。就远原则就是谓语动词的变化即：谓语动词与前面主语一致。

Neither Anna nor I are interested in high finance.
