Among the seven varieties of Chinese, the standard language is Mandarin, which is widely used in Chinese dialects.

Only half of the Chinese can speak in standard and only 66 percent of people in the cities can speak Mandarin. But only 45percent of people in the countryside can use it. People need to know Mandarin as it will help people understand each other better.

一、成因不同

1、China English：中国英语(China English)是英语在全球化传播中与中国特有的社会文化相结合的产物，是具有中国特色的语言变体。

2、Chinglish：中式英语(Chinglish)是中国的英语学习者受母语思维干扰和影响在英语交际中出现的不符合规范而带有明显缺陷的英语。

二、适用范围不同

1、China English：China English属于规范英语，其构成和适用范围远比Chinglish丰富和广泛，对英语的影响将随着我国对外宣传的进一步扩大而增强。

2、Chinglish：Chinglish是一种畸形语言描述，其构成和适用范围不稳定也不广泛，在对外交际和文化交流中起阻碍作用，随着中西文化交流的深化，这种语言描述会日趋减少直至消亡。
