condolence两种用法

就不难明白，condolence两种用法：一是向死者家属表示慰问，expression/offer/give condolences(常用复数)

二是吊唁信a letter of condolence(不可数名词)。可见expression condolences后搭配的是to the bereaved，而不是deceased，所以并不是中文说的对死者表示哀悼之意。
